We provide a comprehensive range of Doctor and Nursing Services so you can have all your primary healthcare needs met in a friendly and supportive environment.
General & Family Consults
For all men's, women's and children's health. From diagnosis to on-going and preventative care with your Doctor. You will also be supported by our nursing team.
Kai a te Mata Marae Clinic
This FREE clinic is held every Thursday morning from 9am to 12noon at the Kai a te Mata Marae. Dr Michel Arnephy or Dr Dominique Hite are the general practitioners and nurse Christina will be there also. Appointments must be booked. Please call 07 889 5126 to make your appointment.
Minor Surgery & Procedures
- Skin Lesions
We remove suspicious skin lesion's in our purpose built procedure room. In some cases this will be funded for the patient. We have a dermatoscope to help diagnose early signs of skin cancer and lesions for removal. - Mirena IUD Insertion and removal of a Mirena IUD can be done here by a GP. In some cases it will be funded.
- Jadelle Contraceptive Implant Insertion and removal of Jadelle. Fully funded for some patients.
Chronic Care
We have dedicated clinics for managing diabetes, chronic obstructive airway disease (COAD), asthma and other chronic illnesses that will require on-going care and monitoring.
Palliative Care
We provide palliative care and have dedicated nurses to support patient and families.

Our skilled and friendly nursing team provide the many important health checks in their nurse clinics
- Diabetes Clinic
FREE annual reviews. Our patients will receive a reminder if they are due for their review. Follow up care, monitoring and advice are readily available. - Ear Microscope and Suction
Our nurses have had training in ear specialty and are available 5 days per week. They will provide ear health education during your consult and have a tv screen for you to view your inner ear if you wish. - Cervical Smears
Our patients will receive a reminder if they are due for their smear. Some ladies will qualify for a free cervical smear. - Sexual Health, Contraception & Pregnancy Tests
FREE for patients under 25 years old. - Immunisations for children and adults
Protect your children and yourself from preventable illness. Childhood immunisation is FREE. Pre-school children are due for their immunisations at 6 weeks, 3 months, 5 months, 12 months, 15 months and 4 years. A reminder will be sent to parents/guardians if your child is due for their immunisations. School aged children are due for immunisations from 9 years. We recommend that vaccinations are given at the time they are due without delay. For more information on immunisation for your child or to find out more about adult immunsations available, please phone and speak to the practice nurse. - B4School Checks
A well child check at 4 years old to check your child is fit and healthy before he/she starts school. An invite will be sent to our parents/guardians to make an appointment.
